Family of 5 here.we go to different indoor playgrounds weekly.
After speaking to my oldest daughter who is 11 we conjointly made this review.
Pros: -skating ring -trampoline park -ninja course -indoor playground -arcade -pool tables -massage chairs (Lots to do) -pretty clean just cluttered in the front -kids had fun
Cons: -i didn't see a changing table in the woman restroom and I had to change my 1 yr old daiper here so I had to do it while she stood up in a stall. -2 of the quarter machine rides didn't work -the squishy quarter machine was a scam.advertised a animal squishy, she got a water balloon filled with water and orbiz -2 area of the trampoline park were torn/broke -small indoor playground -one of if not the most expensive play center we've gone to. -they don't answer the phone -frozen pizza not handmade
As the website can be confusing as it's not ,I wanted to clear this for future visitors.i was told $20 for the first hour of jumping per person ,$10 each additional hour per person. Skating is $17 for 2 hours Wich includes skate rental.they are seperate.website says the smallest skate size they have is 10c.but the actual smallest is 9c as I was able to ask in person yesterday as see them with my own eyes. Refills cost the same as a new drink.wich I think was about $4.we ordered several as it was hot.we ordered icees also but the only flavor working was the cola slushee flavor. We had ate at golden corral right before we arrived,as after I read about the digiorno pizza.my husband said he saw them take the pizza out of the microwave to put in the oven the last few minutes or so. I spent a good 20 minutes on one of the massage chairs ,they are exactly like the ones at inland center mall.it was relaxing.i believe it was like $7 for 20 minutes.my husband tried it he said he put $2 for 4 minutes I believe..
All in all it was a good time.kids had fun.id recommend this place.my biggest peeve was not finding a...
Read moreI took my son down there today and my experience with this facility was so bad that I felt it needed to be shared to spare someone else the trouble of going there. Anyway, my 8 year old son was in the dodgeball area with a bunch of kids who were in a “day camp” group. I was watching and all of the kids were throwing balls at each other (because it was dodgeball). I see my son throw a ball at a kid and within seconds, the other kid came up and punched my son in the CHEST. It was so hard that my son fell backwards and literally lost his breath. He gets up and hysterically comes crying to me. I had my son show me exactly which kid did this, and then immediately told the employee working there. He was young, maybe 16?, and he said, “ok, I’ll watch him.” After pressuring further, he said, “there’s basically nothing they I can do about it”. WHAT?!?! Not satisfied with him simply “watching” this bully, I asked to speak to the manager (who I found out was the owner). After explaining what happened, he asked me “what do you want me to do about it?” and I said, “ask that boy to either leave or sit out”. He refused. I was dumfounded that he chose a child who is a liability to the other guests over my son and I who were causing no trouble. So, I not so kindly told the owner that we wouldn't be returning to a facility without any consequences for poor behavior. And he said, "what, you want me to call the cops have them arrest the kid?" Ugh, what a condescending jerk! I will never again subject my son to this “fun” place who allows other kids to bully and beat up others. The owner is a scum bag and clearly, money is all that matters to him. Save yourself the money and go to another...
Read moreI normally don't leave reviews but this is needed to help anyone else planning to have a birthday. First they ONLY take cash. I finished giving my deposit to the owners helper, he asked me what type of pizza I wanted and if I wanted any trays, he told me to take a picture as a receipt for the deposit and let me leave. Fast forward to my daughters birthday, I walked in and was helped by the owner who then was complaining about his family issues telling me too much information. He said that my guess needed wrist bands and to go grab my stuff to set up. As I was bringing the stuff in he told me I couldn't bring fruit, soda or snacks that I brought and I was only allowed to bring cake & ice cream but allowed me to go in (FYI their trays are at least $30) His son was supposed to be helping with what I needed as far as food & drinks but was nowhere to be found until the last 30 or so mins before the party was over. They give you and hour and 45 mins for the party. They want you to jump first then sit down and eat but NEVER once told me that so by the time my party guest wanted to jump the owner was refusing them and giving attitude telling them that he told me all that information. So my husband went to talk to the owner and with attitude ended up telling my husband that he would “allow” us go jump after the timeframe he allotted us. To sum it up the owner or his staff doesn't tell or give you all the info you need when it comes to birthday parties but he expects you to know. They burnt the pizza they gave us. They have a basic flyer that does explain everything either. I will never have any birthday parties here. Pump it up is definitely a better option!....
