Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fontana

Becareful when ordering here,, they have horrible customer service, i had placed an order online for scheduled delivery at 6:15 Pm on 01/04/21. After an hour I still didn't recieve anything. After trying to get ahold of someone at the store over the phone for about 30 mins. Someone finally answers. I told them respectfully that I did not receive my delivery. The young lady puts me on hold and gets back on the phone and ask me for my name and address. When she verified my address she tells me it was sent to another house address. Insisting that I myself made the error. So I tell her that I have proof on my pizza hut app and email showing my correct address was entered. She then says they will remake my order, so I said i would pick it up this time and to also show proof of my address that WAS entered correctly in the first place. Again please know I was being very respectful to them knowing I was not getting that back in return. So once I got to the store again 7:45 PM, and talked to the manager. She STILL insisted it was my error and my fault. After showing me on the receipt that the guy my order was delivered too clearly placed a order as well because he ended up going to the store to pick up his correct order as well. Manager not once apologized or owned up as a professional to admit an error. Didnt even ask if I wanted a refund or anything. Very Rude and unprofessional. I understand if working under stress and understaffed may be hard but cmon very poor customer service here. I have ordered here plenty of times and this was just horrible. I phoned in my order for a 3 topping of pizza for $9.99. I told them for my 3 toppings I wanted: cheese, pepperoni and Italian sausage, and cooked to golden brown. I got there, and they tried to charge me an extra $3 for cheese. When I ordered, they should have told me that cheese can't be one if your 3 choices. I refused to pay, and requested a new pizza. Got nothing but bad attitude from them after that. They messed up the order, I'm the one that should have been mad. They tried to scam me...!!! I asked for plates (i was told that they didn't have any). Asked for parmesan and pepper flakes, and they tried to charge me for that too. Then I asked for napkins, got 4 little whole napkins for a lg pizza. REALLY.!?? Then to top that off, got to where I was going, and they cooked it only part way, the dough was not cook throughly. Horrible tasting..

Horrible service..!!!! Horrible tasting pizza.!!!! Just a down right rip off. They should be put out of business and a good pizza joint put in...!!!! ( I used to Love Pizza Hut. But they are in my rear view mirror now.!) Such a waste of my money and time. And No Senior discounts either. Tasted worse than the $2.00 cheap pizza you buy in the frozen section.......

First and last time coming here. I recived a gift card for pizza hut worth 25 dollars. I arrived and I asked the cashier what she recommended and she didn't really respond. I asked if she had a menu and she gave me one. There are no prices anywhere whatsoever and I saw that there was pepperoni lovers. It sounded tasty so I ordered it. The cashier never told me the total and told me to swipe.my gift card. I did add then she told me the total. I ordered 1 large pepperoni lovers and 1 dipping sauce. 30 DOLLARS. That one pizza cost 26 dollars. I was absolutely stunned. I asked if I could cancel the order, but she told me that she can't and she also told me that she can't give me a refund since she was the only employee there until 3 o clock. It was 11:30am.
