4-Day Olympic National Park Itinerary 👇👇 Start in Seattle and pick up a sprinter van from @cascadeadventurevans. Renting a van made this trip a lot more affordable as opposed to staying in Airbnb’s or National Park lodges. It also made the trip a lot more comfortable as opposed to tent camping - especially traveling with our two pups! ⛴️ The easiest way to get to Olympic National Park from Seattle is via the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry then driving to Port Angeles from there. Day 1: Port Angeles and Lake Crescent 🌆 Walk around downtown Port Angeles and grab a bite to eat 🏔️ Hike Mount Storm King 💦 Visit Marymere Falls 🏕️ Visit and camp near Lake Crescent (Fairholme Campground is a good option) Day 2: Olympic National Park’s Coast 🌊 Visit Rialto Beach (pro tip - visit at low tide and hike out to Hole-in-the-Wall) 🌊 Visit La Push Beach 🐶 If you have a pup, stop at Ruby Beach - it is dog-friendly! 🌲 See the Tree of Life at Kalaloch Beach 🍽️ Grab dinner at Kalaloch Lodge 🏕️ Camp at Kalaloch Campground Day 3: Explore Forks and the Olympic National Park Waterfalls 🧛 Drive into Forks and explore the town - all you Twilight fans, I am talking to you! 🌧️ Drive to the Hoh Rainforest and hike the Hall of Mosses Trail 💦 Visit Sol Duc Falls 🏕️ Camp at Fairholme Campground Day 4: Head back to Port Angeles 💦 Visit Madison Falls 🌄 Hike to Devil’s Punchbowl 🏔️ Drive up to Hurricane Ridge ⛴️ Head back on the ferry to Seattle! Shhhh!! If you find this hidden gem don't tell everyone! There's a nice parking lot just past the Quileute RV park in LA Push where you can park and walk down to the beach.

This spot is absolute perfection at pretty much any time of the day and you'll rarely encounter too many people.

I can't recommend staying at the Quileute Oceanside Resort enough. Why spend a few hours at First Beach when you can spend a few days?!

While visiting please be respectful of the Quileute Tribe as this has been their home for...

First Beach is a wide, dramatic stretch of coastline with beautiful, moody views. When we visited, it was cloudy, and it feels like that might be the norm. It has this mysterious, peaceful vibe that makes it perfect for a long walk or a quiet picnic. It’s also a popular spot for bonfires, though there was a fire ban when we went (which felt a bit strange in such a damp place, but anyways). Still, the beach is a great place to relax, take in the sound of the waves, and enjoy the wild...

Loved this beach! We went there about mid day on a sat in early November and it was pretty empty. The washed up huge old trees are beautiful along with the landscapes of the ocean horizon. Super Long Beach to walk around and also able to sit in your car in the parking lot and see the beach as well! Small little town with not much in it but defiantly worth the trip! Absolutely stunning! Just a short drive down the road to the second and third beaches -those involve more of a...
