Informative short movie, friendly park service staff. DOG FRIENDLY! We were able to bring our dog in and he cooled off and enjoyed the movie with our family. Gift shop has the typical NPS magnets, junior ranger vests, toys, keepsakes, etc. Plenty of parking. You can hike a trail from LRC visitors center but we chose to view the falls from the bridge at The Little River Falls Overlook, also a pet friendly area. Beautiful part of the country with a lovely scenic drive-don't miss the canyon scenic drive as it's also beautiful. NPS stamp station for those who collect National Park, Conservancy, Monument, and Historic Site stamps. This is within 30 minutes of DeSoto State Park as well. We visit annually and spend a long weekend at the state park, do some kayaking, hiking, scenic drive...

We were there for Canyon Fest. The LRCC portion of the fest was absolutely sweet and perfect for my husband and I. My husband has Parkinson’s and crowded areas cause him to freeze and it makes it difficult for him to get around. Every single time he froze, someone realized he was having trouble and either offered assistance or gave him space. I can’t tell you how much that meant. We met a lot of people and I bought a blue bird house and some hot cocoa bombs. It was a very enjoyable experience for us on a beautiful day. We’ll probably return here to watch the canyon video next time we...

This building we stopped at trying to get to the waterfalls. The building is nice and clean. The hours online stated they were open till 5 and we arrived before 5 probably by 30 minutes and when we walked in the two ladies that was there acted as if we were disturbing them from going home cause they acted as if they were more worried about locking the doors so no one else would come in than helping us get to where we were coming to visit. Which is to me is upsetting when you drive a good ways and too be treated like you are bothering them. But on the other hand we made it to...

We started are hike here. If you want closer fall parking the parking lot before the bridge is where to park. We enjoy long hikes from this parking lot to the small falls and back was almost 3 1/2 miles We also enjoy the gift shop we have walking sticks that have all are medallions on, so don’t forget to stop in and shop a little. The bathrooms are very clean. The scenic drive was amazing. Stop writing on the rocks 🪨 we don’t care you were here on this date. Please and thank you

Nice visitors center for the canyon area. The volunteers were also very helpful. There was even a volunteer standing in the rain at the falls parking area. We didn't hike because of the heavy rain, but will be going back soon. We did walk to the falls viewing area.... very nice boardwalk. Skip the toilets at the falls parking area.... go to the visitor center.
