Cyber Haven — Attraction in Fort Smith

For some weird reason, my husband's phone would not connect to the internet. I became aware of this after I recieved a text from Verizon that we only had 25% data left. We never run out of data. So I called our ISP and spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to track down why his phone didn't connect to the internet. After it was found that it wasn't our WiFi causing the problem, I took the phone to Verizon. They were very nice and tried everything they knew to get it to connect but the phone would not connect to their wifi either. They suggested a phone repair shop. I headed to the only shop I was aware of which had changed owners and is now Cyber Haven. Jon, the new owner, started going through the connect routine and nothing was working. But he noticed something odd. So he drove into the "time" element on the phone. The automatic time update was apparently off. After calling all over the area to fine someone who could fix the back glass on my iPhone 12pro max I was automatically sold on their kindness and compassion on really wanting to make sure I was taken care of. They ordered my part. Had it shipped the next day. We’re kind enough to call me when my part had arrived so I could drop my phone off. I also brought in another phone that I had was having issues with, and they took a look at both phones in about two hours or less. All three gentlemen there are very kind and caring. They even made sure I was getting the best deal. This company is not a corporate owned company. They are not a franchise. This is three gentleman who worked for different companies coming together to help better their electronic community in the fort smith area! They are very genuine people. I had a freak accident happen with my phone and it shattered my screen.

I went in and asked questions about my options. Replacing my screen was out of my budget but they offered to allow me to try to do a data swap to a new device for cheaper.

It was unsuccessful because of how messed up my phone was. But they allowed me to get information off of it as I could. My phone kept rebooting over and over so I couldn’t do a full data swap but I was able to send myself some photos via airdrop.

They ended up not charging me a full data swap fee and only 35$ for labor.

They were nice to let me use the screen when I wasn’t keeping it. I was however very respectful and didn’t leave their sight with it nor was I rough.

They cared about my situation and pocket. They were honest and helped me brainstorm way around the issue.
