We had a great party experience here! We celebrated a 3 player Birthday. Our 7 y/o and 3 y/o twins birthdays are only separated by a day, so we needed a venue to accommodate a range of kids, and we had no idea how many would be there since most live out of Fort Smith. I'd say we probably had about 15-18 kids, and With their parents the party room got a little cramped, but the gaming space was plenty big enough. They had a range of games for all ages, even the parents got to join the fun! The party host was very attentive. Kept track of the guests, Helped with set up and tear down, and kept the party moving when food arrived. No outside food or drinks wasn't a problem. Only needing to bring cakes, decorations, and presents proved to be a huge relief, and they accommodated a fruit tray for the littles. My only warning to future party planners. Honestly we went expecting to play for maybe an hour on a few cool old games and be done. We played for almost 2 hours, and if we didn't have other things to do today we would've played longer! $10 per person for an all day pass, lots and lots of classic arcade games on free play, some game consoles like a Nintendo 64, claw and capsule toy machines, and a bunch of awesome pinball machines (these do cost 50 cents to play). They also have a bunch of cool handmade nerdy jewelry and keychains. We saw probably 20+ more games that they are getting ready to add, and they said they're planning to add food and a bar. There was also an ATM and quarter machine available. This place is so fun and nostalgic, I want to go every time I'm in Fort Smith now! I booked a public party recently and celebrated my sons birthday here. This was not a good experience what so ever. First they charge 5.00 for a 2 liter which is ridiculous especially with their "no outside food or drink policy for the party".

They started hosting with two hosts since one was in training which is all good until They stayed in the room the entire time (huddled by the corner since they dont give themselves any room) and was in every single picture which I did not want.

After we did the cake and the presents the "hostes" Then begin so rudely Cleaning up everything including putting up chairs in the room and we still had fifteen minutes left and even had party goers still present. I would not recommend parties here. When one of my party goers brought up the issue the owner's wife started talking smack out loud where we could hear her.
