A word before you go: this isn't a single museum so much as a collection of barns and outbuildings on someone's property. Also, the hours are sporadic, so you should probably call ahead beforehand. Cost was $35 for two adults and one child, which isn't the most we've paid for a museum visit, but a bit steep for what this was; if you're still interested, make your way here quickly, since the owner is set to sell off much of the collection by the end of 2022. First building is full of vintage toys, and in our opinion the high point of the tour. The floor-to-ceiling shelves are densely packed with interesting antiques of every shape and size. There are literally thousands of things to see, so you're sure to find something of interest. Fair warning: there's one shelf near the back with a collection of toys depicting racist caricatures of black people. It's not especially large, but it is there, and the owner gets defensive if you mention it. Second building is also mostly toys, plus a bunch of pedal cars, several scooters snd motorcycles, and a few full-sized vehicles. It's a little dim and dusty, but still pretty interesting. The remaining buildings showcase a large collection of vintage cars, as well as pedal cars and old metal signage. Not exactly my speed, so I'm probably not the best judge of quality there, but there were still a few points of particular interest, like an amphibious car, an old fire engine, and a few custom-built racing cars. We ultimately had to leave early without seeing the final building, because the owner's dog wouldn't leave our son alone, and tried to jump on him. Not the best possible experience, and not our favorite...

Read moreWhat a gem! We visited a couple years ago. The kids and my husband loved the classic cars and toys. I loved the beautiful views and old barns. It's also affordable! I want to clarify that there are rules and expectations when you visit. There was a person at each barn/building when we wenr. This isn't a place where kids can come play on the cars and toys. In fact your not supposed to touch ao take that into consideration. If I remember there are no photos allowed. You will have to keep an eye on your little ones so bring help if need be. Absolutely pack a picnic. There were some items to buy...
