Wow, so incredible so many things to look at a lot of it had to do with the history of the building itself, but the stuff that was for sale was absolutely phenomenal. Everything from artwork to Funiture to jewelry rugs just amazing. The collection displayed wonderfully got to meet the owner. He was a super super nice guy. You’ve got to go check this one out. There was so many things that I wished I had a way if I purchased to get home, but I was only in a car.

This place is a must visit. A stunningly and painstakingly renovated Adobe Compound which the owners also live on the grounds. The owner (John Bosshard) is a very lovely man and we traded great traveling stories. The collection of antiques are mindboggling. Very large groups of Southeast Asia and Chinese antiques. Native Indian jeweleries and carpets. Old West antiques.

Absolutely breath-taking inventory. Some high quality pieces of indigenous and American history. Beautiful artwork also available. Lots of native pieces. Didn't find any staff even when I rung the bell multiple times but it's essentially a history museum. No bathroom. Also it's crazy expensive so you got to have money if you wanna buy.

The John Bosshard Gallery is amazing! It is a spectacular display of amazing pieces from all over the world. It's also awesome because John has hand picked all of the items he is offering for sale! My wife Jeanne and I were in Santa Fe for a week and met this amazing woman Daeng who was set up at the El Museo Cultural de Santa Fe market in the Historical Railyard District and we just fell in love with her. She told us all about her husband John and the next day we went back and we're able to meet him! We felt the same way about John and he invited us to come to his Gallery in Abiquiu so the next day we drove to their gallery! It is amazing! We bought a few pieces and we will treasure them!!! Daeng has learned to make pottery and it...

We were passing through the area from out of state and decided to stop in to browse. I was struck by how many antique Native American items were for sale at incredibly high prices, and the store has no connection to or relationship with the tribes, as best I could tell. The entire place felt very exploitive. As we started to make our way out, the woman rudely said 'I thought we were wearing masks now.' There was no signage about masks on the door and, being from out of state, we were unaware. We would have been happy to comply if we had known. The woman's rudeness was truly over the top. We couldn't get out the door fast enough. Don't patronize these folks. Take your...

The owner seemed fairly arrogant and referred to the Native American area as the “cowboy and Indian room”. Pretty sad for this day and age. Maybe 1950 would be a better time for that. As for the rest of the items, most can be purchased anywhere, nothing special here. The Asian items can be bought in Burbank CA or just about anywhere else for that matter. As for native rugs and such. You’ll find better pieces on the reservation and the money goes to the weavers family without a cut He claims He has rugs that date back to the 1880’s. I would hope there would be some provenance to go along. I’d ask before I threw down serious money on anything there. Don’t...
