We waited for more than 10 minutes before our presence was even acknowledged and to be seated. Unfortunately, the service went downhill from there. Because I have some dietary restrictions, I specifically requested no onions. I inquired what beans options they had, and they had one bean option which I asked for. My husband placed his order to include a beer. It took a little while before our food was served. The yucca fries were 6 pieces for $10 (not worth it). My main dish had potatoes. I'm not sure how the potatoes were raw/hard on the inside but charred/burnt on the outside. My plate was also missing the beans and had onions which I specifically requested to be taken off. My husband never received his beer. He requested the beer a second time, but he never received it. We never had our water glasses refilled until after our check was brought to the table. Our waitress never came to check on us either till the end. After about an hour or so, our waiter finally came to our table. I brought all these issues to her. Her response was, "the kitchen put the onions on my plate", and regarding the beer, she said she never put it in the system. There wasn't even basic customer service, food was average at best, no apology given and the waitress could care less about our experience.

Incredible experience from beginning to end. Service was fantastic! Jasmine was knowledgeable with menu items and had wonderful suggestions. We were a party of four and we all ordered dishes and shared. The fish of the day was Haddock. Incredible! The hush puppies could use less cook time, maybe add onion, corn and garlic powder & white pepper. The burger was cooked to the perfect temperature, all veggies were fresh and crisp. We also got the Chicken pesto sandwich! Amazing! You're gonna want a side of the balsamic glaze to dip your sandwich in, so good. The soup of the day was a Corn Chowder. When I say mouthwatering and full of flavor! I cannot rave enough about this summer menu! Hats off to Chef Ray, Sarah, the kitchen staff, wait staff, runners and Bussers. We had the most relaxed, engaged, inside the cafe eating experience. We will be recommending this stop on the way to Ghost Ranch to all of our friends and colleagues. Thanks again for such a great experience!

What a pleasant surprise to have found such a wonderful place to dine. The food was fantastic! We checked in to our hotel room and walked right in to get a table at 7:00 on a Sunday evening. After a long day of traveling we were relieved they were open and happy to serve us. Service was great, had some Gruet to celebrate our visit and ordered a couple appetizers and entrées. Our children were pretty tired from the trip but seemed to enjoy their visit as the beautiful artwork on the wall served as great conversational pieces while we waited for our food. First we had the Hummus then Napoleon appetizer, which I highly recommend. For entrées, my husband had the Red Chile Shrimp & Grits and I had the Blue Corn Crusted Trout with Corn Cakes & Green Beans. Everything was cooked & seasoned to perfection. The next morning we had the Red Chile Eggs Benedict & our children had pancakes. We are so grateful to have found this spot and look forward to visiting here more often!

The Inn was lovely and gets a high rating. The dining experience was very disappointing. We waited an hour and asked 3 times before getting water. Our appetizer came quickly but then we waited over an hour for food, which was just tacos. The manager then came to tell us we could choose between a free dessert and 20 percent off the check. When we were ready to leave she came back to ask which we would like. We asked for the discount and she left. A few moments later the check came...in its entirety, with no discount. At that point we just wanted to get out of there so we paid it and left.

We went back for breakfast the next day, hoping it had been a fluke, a busy evening, a mix up...but nope. Incredibly slow service once again, to the point that we didn't even bother waiting for the bill because we had to go check out. Instead we just went inside and asked to pay (another couple was doing the same so it wasn't just us!)

Staff was friendly, just disorganized. It seems like they just don't know how to run a restaurant. The food was hit or miss. The elote appetizer was good, as was the Benedict breakfast. The fish tacos were bland and definitely not worth waiting such a ridiculous amount of time for.

If the service wasn't so slow this would have been a 3...

So disappointed, if I could rate zero stars i would! We drove 30 minutes to eat there, for the Mother's day special today and the meal was overcooked and service was disappointing. $45.95 +tax & tip per person. The beef lion was nervy and tuff, the chicken was so overcooked and served with a droplet of sauce, I needed to eat it with mash potatoes to swallow it down. To finish it off the flan desert was burnt and instead of the kitchen manager throwing it away, they served it completely covered with whipped cream to hide the burn, I still cant get the taste of burnt carmel out of my mouth, it was the most disgusting thing I've ever endured. I told the waiteress that the flan was burnt and she told me that the next time I go she will comp me something, but honestly there won't be a next time! This restaurant obviously isnt focused on quality meals which is what I wanted and paid for. I will be eating in downtown Santa Fe from now on. As a restaurant there should be some desire to provide a quality meal and service, neither attributes were attempted today. Don't waist your time or your money on food I wouldn't even...
