To view this interpretive display, just visit the Carl Hayden Visitor Center, which is near the Glen Canyon Dam. The display is outside and to the right of the main entrance and is open 24 hours. The actual dinosaur tracks, believed to have been made by a Dilophosaurus, are preserved in a large slab of sandstone that was found in the surrounding area.
