It is an awesome trail system with great views of the valley, the city and of Mount Olympus and surrounding mountains. Probably just a once in a while hike if you are driving from a distance, but likely a nice regular hike if you live locally within a mile or two or three.

Light snow on the trail, not quite enough to warrant snowshoes but a bit more snow than trail boots can accomplish easily.

Great spot to hike/trail run or even mountain bike. The trail is great for beginner/intermediate riders, but the turns can be a bit more challenging with sharp, off camber turns that are banked towards the cliff side of the trail. Definitely worth having some good balance while riding.

Beautiful for how close to SLC it is. Park before the gate on Benchmark Dr, then follow the gated community sidewalk to the end of the road until you see the official sign. Otherwise, I prefer to access network before the gate (Grace Canyon) and go straight up and over the hill...
