7 hikes to experience Zion National Park without stepping foot on the shuttle. SAVE to plan your adventures and SHARE with whom you’d hike these trails. Honestly, this is only scratching the surface of what’s available outside the main canyon drive. Moderate: 🥾Lower Pine Creek Falls .7 miles RT 🥾Zion Canyon Overlook 1 Miles RT 🥾Petroglyph Pools to Slot 1.3 miles RT 🥾Many Pools 2.4 miles RT 🥾Observation point via East Mesa 7 Miles RT Hard: 🥾The Subway-Bottom-Up 9 miles RT (permit required) 🥾West Rim to Wildcat Canyon 11 miles RT *Also note that the shuttle does not run during winter months with exception of holidays. Remember to Leave No Trace Pack out all trash Stay off the cryptobiotic soil Don’t carve on rocks (it’s illegal) Check Flash flood prediction Have you experienced Zion without the shuttle? Which trail would you like to try?

POV: You came for water hikes in the Utah desert. Is there really anything better? SAVE for warm weather hiking. Hike info ⤵️ ⚠️Remember all water hikes have an inherent risk of flash flooding. Bryce Canyon NP 💧 Sulphur Creek - (no it doesn’t smell like sulphur)- 3 waterfalls, red rock narrows. natural wtaterslide 6 mile hike requires shuttle. Iconic. 9 miles out and back from bottom up or as a technical 9 mile top down hike. Inspect each anchor before you drop, and bring extra webbing and quick links with you (if any of that sounds unfamiliar or you don’t know how to build an anchor, do not run this canyon). Shoes, static canyon rope, and wetsuits...

When you finish the the 7-8 raps, there is a nice little 2-3 mile hike back to the main road, which can take 1.5 - 2 hours due to the...
