One of the more iconic sites to see while visiting Zion and is located along the Zion-Mount Carmel Highway as you ascending a winding road towards The Zion-Mount Carmel Tunnel. The Great Arch can also be seen from above if you hike the Canyon Overlook Trail. You would find yourself directly over The Great Arch. As you make your way east along the highway, there are numerous turn-offs along the sides of the highway, some large and where only a few vehicles can park. This is a must and frankly almost impossible not to see site along the highway. If you are so inclined, you can also hike the trail below the arch to get a totally different perspective of the arch. The Great Arch is one of the most stunning geological features you will discover while exploring Zion.

Breath taking large blind arch in the Navajo Sandstone, located off Route 9 in Zion Natio am Park. It stretches about 600 feet across and about 400 feet high. several spots to pull off to get out and take pictures. Can be seen from one of the tunnel windows. A blind arch is an arch of rock still attached to the rock face. Be prepared for a line to go through the tunnel. Visited during spring break, Easter weekend.

One of the EASIEST and greatest views in Zion. Like all things in Zion, parking and accessibility are a pain, but the walk itself is quite nice. It starts off with several flights of steep stairs, winds around to some amazing views of the pine canyon, and ends with an amazing view standing in the top of...
