Bella's Bouncies Skate On Grand Roller Rink — Attraction in Fox Lake

I recently had a birthday party at this location. The place is very well decorated, however looks are very deceiving I paid for an Ultimate party package and did not get all the perks as listed. I had a three hour party and did not have my host 99% of the time. She was stuck behind the counter serving other customers.I had to serve the pizza , refill pitcher sodas and clean up tables before the cake came out. It was the worst service!!! The food took over an hour to come out even after being told pizza takes 10mins !They also kept loosing track and adding extra skaters i did not have! Very unorganized !When I mention this to the manager she says well we only reserved for 20 kids . Yes 20 kids times 2 parents a kid!! Plus any walk ins that come on a Saturday!!! Did not offer a discount or anything! ALSO! They play racing games during open skate which no one played and cut into our skate time! I kept saying during the whole party this was the most stressful party I've ever had! I traveled over an hour and 30 mins from where I live to have a party here thinking it will be a blast!! I was very wrong! I am not on here to bash them or try to get some type of refund which I feel I deserve! I just want to give people a heads up on having a party here. I still tipped the host even tho she did not do anything but it was not her fault they didn't have enough employees...

Went many times last year with my girlfriend had a good time The people that work there were mature at that time it was ran by adults went back with girlfriend Friday September 6th kids were skating right in without having to pay admission and using their phone on the rink which made it hard for me to skate after 10 minutes of trying to skate couldn't even make it twice around there without kids running none of the kids were accompanied by adults was told by the lady that was manager that day That none of the family still works there that worked last year and they don't give refunds even if it is unsafe My only problem was it was on save to skate safely without any staff properly doing their jobs. I won't go back to a place that doesn't care to properly run their business. And if there really is a mark please check the cameras at 7:30 Friday the 6th you'll...

This was my go to skate spot. They usually have some sort of promo to draw you in, but I wish they had more hours during the day for my younger kids. They do have a small children's practice skate area and offer a balance bar on wheels for younger skaters, which is nice....but $5 to rent. (super pricey)

Lately this place has been total TRASH! Super dirty and the staff are ALWAYS rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They advertise that they close at 10pm, but they start cleaning and making areas unusable at 9pm. They don't allow drinks on the rink side, but they throw them out if you leave them at a table on the concesion side. I am still in shock about how rude everyone has been the last 3 times we've come here. This is no longer my go to spot and I will not be back again.

Totally over it.
