Hunakai Studio of Fine Arts Inc — Attraction in Foxborough

Very unsatisfied experience - they list this class for beginners but I would describe this as an open studio where folks come to complete projects. And that's ok...I just would not have spent over $300 plus materials. There was very little instruction or guidance. I have drawing/painting experience but wanted to try acrylics. I was hoping to start with how the medium works but it was "just draw something and start to paint". The instructor is a very talented artist but was extremely distracted and shared way too much personal information completely unrelated to painting. A lovely warm and creative environment. Good location and plenty of parking. Excellent instruction. I learned more about painting n 8 weeks from Carla than in the previous 5 years combined .
