Slice Pizza Delivery (App & Website) — Attraction in Franklin Township

I would never use this app again. Their customer service is nonexistent.. Ordered pizza for delivery driver was not available contacted Slice ask them to switch it to pick up Got to the store and they gave my order to who knows. If Slice can cancel my order and give me a discount, they should be able to switch to pickup. But canceling my order when I’m on the way to store to pickup my order. That was a nice thing to do. Slice knew I was heading to store to pickup order and they canceled order. The only thing I wanted to cancel was delivery and switch to pickup. I hope Slice losses money every time when they do not listen to customer. Slice should have offered to discount next order to make it right. I just think it’s fun how they can discount order and cancel order, but can’t switch to pickup after two drivers could not pickup my order. SLICE is a rip-off. Ordered pizza thru SLICE. Credit card charge showed up within minutes. Pizza shop made mistake on order and credited me $11.73 same day. SLICE advised my order had changed, emailed transaction amount showing credit. Going on a week later and still no credit to card.

Called SLICE service number, and gave them all info, but they claimed they had never received my original payment. Told rep I was looking at my VISA account and the original transaction was clearly shown. She demanded that I send a screen shot to prove it.

Told her she had the problem, and that if not resolved and credited in 24 hours, would file complaint w/ BBB, NJ Div of Consumer Affairs, and tell everyone I order from who uses SLICE that they have lost a customer because SLICE is crooked. Apparently...

My favorite local pizza place has never had an app you that allows you order online. Recently I found that they use the Slice app. Ordering was very easy, I had absolutely no problems with my pickup. I'm really happy that we can now order online. I actually would have gave it four and a half stars if I could. The missing half star is just because I wish you could put in what time you would like to pick up your order as I live kind of far from the restaurant. I would prefer to be able to choose a time so it's fresh out of the oven by the time I get there instead of sitting there for a while before I arrive.
