Off The Wall Donuts — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I contacted this company after seeing its not so bad reviews and website. I spoke with a woman who identified herself as the co-owner. We spoke at length re the donut wall that I'd like to do for my husband's 35th birthday party. Before ending our call, she told me to send her pictures so that she can show the wall that I'd like to do to her husband and let me know "ASAP." This conversation was on a Wednesday. It has been more than a week and I followed up with her twice before writing this review. No response whatsoever. This was a waste of my time - I expected to speak and deal with someone/a company who is a professional. But yet this is the type of service they give? I consistently deal with other companies to personalize/do/create custom items for me all the time who know how to do business. I'd appreciate if this "co-owner" would exercise basic professionalism and advise one way or another on whether she can do the wall for my party. Instead, I'm left hanging and wondering. Off the Wall donuts provided a donut wall for our sons first birthday and we cannot say enough great things about them! Prior to the event, they were responsive and attentive, made every effort to create something unique that matched our decor. They even sent us a preview picture before the event which we loved! Day of, they delivered the donut wall right on time as we had planned. They even went above and beyond creating a display of side tables, flowers, to-go bags, framed signs and additional donut serving platters all that matched our theme! We were thrilled with the results of the display and delicious donuts and so were our guests- we received so many compliments from both adults and of course the kids! Contracted this company to do a donut wall for a very upscale event. I gave them very specific details of what I was looking for, including pictures of a maritime theme and they assured me they would be able to take care of it. The day of the event came and my client was so upset at me. The donuts did not taste good and the decorating looked like it was done by a child. All the donuts were cracked and melted. I had to give my client a partial refund. I contacted the company and they completely admitted it was their fault, when I asked for a partial refund as well they completely blew me of and never replied! I spent over $2k of these donuts. Horrible company. Would not recommend to anyone....
