Started with a tasting flight on their creek-side patio, sinking into those comfy chairs with the water rushing by and Hill Country views unfolding. Absolute zen. Fell hard for the two thousand twenty-three Montell Blend at fifty-two bucks-bold, smooth, and so worth grabbing a bottle. That Tannat-Mourvèdre Dry Rosé was Crisp and elegant. Snagged the two thousand twenty-four Clovis Blend too at forty-four dollars-super approachable and pairs great with anything. Tastings are chill and affordable, staff’s warm without pushing sales.
