Title: A Memorable Wine Tasting Experience with Cristy at Safari Vineyards!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Safari Vineyards and embarked on an unforgettable wine tasting journey led by the incredible Cristy. From start to finish, she left an indelible mark on our experience, making it truly exceptional. I cannot recommend her enough!

Cristy's knowledge and passion for wine were evident from the moment we met her. She went above and beyond to ensure that we not only enjoyed the wine tasting, but also gained a deeper understanding of the vineyard's history, winemaking techniques, and the nuances of each varietal we sampled. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

What stood out most about Cristy was her ability to strike the perfect balance between being informative and incredibly fun. She effortlessly guided us through the tasting, offering insightful tidbits about the wines without overwhelming us with jargon. Her explanations were clear, concise, and delivered with a genuine love for her craft.

Furthermore, Cristy's infectious energy and warm personality created a lively and engaging atmosphere. She made everyone feel at ease, encouraging conversation and ensuring that everyone felt included. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our experience and wanted us to have a fantastic time.

In addition to her expertise and delightful personality, Cristy's attention to detail was remarkable. She took the time to cater to our individual preferences, recommending wines based on our tastes and ensuring that we had a personalized experience. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service truly sets her apart.

Overall, our wine tasting experience with Cristy at Safari Vineyards was nothing short of phenomenal. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to create a vibrant atmosphere made it an unforgettable occasion. I wholeheartedly recommend Cristy to anyone looking to explore the world of wine with an exceptional guide. Thank you, Cristy, for making our visit...

Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place...good wine, excellent venue, and absolutely outstanding people! We were glamping nearly next door and wanted to give this place a go...glad me did. Yeah, we showed on a Friday afternoon...was a little slower than a would-be weekend, but we were greeted by Barbara with a gorgeous smile and welcoming attitude. She asked if we had been there before and we responded NO, so she handed us over to Coco and said she would take good care of us...and that she did. Coco is amazing...on so many levels...she's funny, engaging, knowledgeable, a beautiful soul, and just a true Southern Belle. She started off with my wife, asking about her tastes and preferences and finally landed on the Moscato. I an a red wine guy, and Coco ran thru the deep red menu with me, offering up a splash of about six options until I landed on a nice Chilean blend. A. nice, somewhat chewy red with nice leathery notes. Took our drinks outside on their extremely expansive 'country patio' and chilled out to some nice and relaxing live tunes...nice people in attendance and the food (which we didnt partake this time around), looked and smelled great. Next time we are in town, this is an absolute stop...encourage you to do the same...you will not be...

5/29/2024 This place is very shady. I went to this establishment and expressly requested 2 wine tastings. That is all I wanted and requested. This place took it upon themselves to help themselves to my money by overcharging my card without my permission. They stole from me, and when I called to ask for an explanation, the girl who answered the phone told me to send in an email, and did not want to assist me. I was also told they were too busy to have a manager talk to me. What do they care right, they already stole my money, and could care less. I will dispute the charge with my bank and will never visit this place again. Nothing but liars and theives that work here.

Response to owner: I was overcharged by $10 according to my bank records. I was told by your rude office assistant that it was because I didn't close out, and you automatically charge everyone that $10 without their permission. I told the lady who took my order exactly what I wanted, 2 wine tastings and to close it out! It should not be a customers job to make sure your employees give the customers what they ask for. This is incredibly dishonest and I will continue to spread the word about your companies shady business practices, in addition to a...

A Safari of Wine: A Delightful Experience! Safari Winery is a perfect stop for wine enthusiasts, particularly those who appreciate the unique flavors of South African, Chilean, and Argentinian wines. Our recent visit was an absolute delight, from the moment we stepped into the tasting room. The wine tasting experience was exceptional. The five wines we sampled - Torrontes, Tres Cielos, Pinotage, Carmenere, and Kahawa - each offered distinct and captivating flavors. The Kahawa, with its smoky notes and fire-roasted meat tang was our particular standout. The winery's ambiance is equally impressive. The outdoorsy decor, featuring a fascinating array of taxidermy specimens, creates a truly unique atmosphere. The outdoor seating area, surrounded by brushed mesquite trees, provides a serene setting to enjoy a glass of wine and a delicious peperoni pizza. The staff at Safari Winery are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their passion for wine is evident in their engaging conversations and helpful recommendations. We were so impressed that we decided to join the wine club, much to my wife's delight. We highly recommend Safari Winery to anyone seeking a memorable wine-tasting experience. Salute!

Overall, nice winery with decent wines from places like South Africa and Chile. Was a member for several months but the member experience is definitely lacking. Besides Kasey (shoutout), who signed us up, no one really seems to care. Almost every time, the tables inside are all reserved for new prospect wine tastings and members are directed to the outside bar, which is in the direct sun and usually slow. Last weekend, I was in town for a wedding and ordered a glass and was told immediately it was for member's only. There was no asking if I was a member when I walked up, much less a smile as she was definitely assuming I wasn’t a member. We have brought several friends in with us each time and they notice the sub par service. The pickup parties are pretty underwhelming as well with the charcuterie tables looking like lunchables. If you’re wanting a proper member experience with great wines, other nearby wineries offer that. The Kangaroos are fun to see but still confused how they fit into a “Safari” theme with South African and South American wines.
