Haircut Headquarters — Attraction in Fremont

I've been going here for a while, I get something really simple. 3 on the top, 2 on the side. Nothing fancy, nothing hard. Twice now have they managed to somehow mess this up, which is unreal to me. When it comes to lining it up they completely missed the mark and made it lopsided. I don't understand how this happens, it's literally the easiest thing you can do and they still managed to screw it up. I'm never going back again it's crazy.

I used to have a pixie cut and trying to grow my hair so I decided to get a bob cut. I remember I used to go to this place before the pandemic and the lady that used to cut my hair was pretty good with bobs. I called in to set an appointment, they were not busy at the time so I rushed in. The lady that used to cut my hair has retired :( . This other lady that attended to me.. oh my God..she is good!!! I was surprised to find some negative comments listed for Haircut Headquarters. I recently went in as a walk in because they did inform me over the phone that they did not accept appointments 30 minutes out. I went in anyway and found the clientele light, as they mentioned. I waited 10 minutes before as I was told at check in. Eloisa was very thoughtful as I explained what cut and color I wanted for my hair. I have curly hair and am very particular. Thankfully, she also has curly hair and understood my concern. Wash and cut went very well. My color was a root job and it was very efficient and looks great. I highly recommend...
