Met a super rude employee "Stoney" with anger issues, while picking up photos. He does not deserve to work in public facing jobs. He asked for copyright release of professional school photos from dorian studio, I showed him on phone. He then said it had to be on paper signed by photographer. It's 2023, nothing is on paper now a days. Then I requested to have my already paid for photos shredded, since he wouldn't give it to me.. he tore up the photos furiously, throwing in trash, muttering that we don't have shredder and this is what we do. Called in advance to ask if they were doing passport photos, they said yes, once i arrived tye only person that could take the pictures was on lunch so i had to wait about 20 minutes, once lunch was done they told me that the picture machine was out of order 🤷🏽 what an experience, would appreciate a bit more if the communication between costumers and between employees was better. I returned Tuesday afternoon and they do not have the camera. An employee informed me that I should have called to check first and they do not know when they will be offering passport photos again.
