The trails are pretty but it's impossible to find parking here. The parking lot has been shut down by Anoka County apparently due to persistent littering. I found public parking at Creek View Park off 68th Ave. From there, you can access the trails from 69th or Central. These trails also connect to Locke County Park via an underpass, which is likely where most of their traffic comes from.
It would make lots of sense to connect Creek View Park directly with the rest of the trail system here and reopen the main parking lot. Unfortunately, the big brains in power have not come to that...
