Honestly I was really disappointed in this park. The castle theme is cool, the play structure is big, but that's it. It's not well kept at all. The bathroom itself made me wan to turn around and leave. There was a white gooey mess on the handle so you couldn't even open the door without getting your hands gross. The bathrooms were horrid. Clogged toilets, trash everywhere, dirty diapers just laying around...and the reason is because there was no garbage in there! On the playground there were dirty clothes and shoes that looked like they had been there a while. One one infant swing, the other swing(s) had been taken down. There was trash in the bark dust on the playground. For being in a nice area I expected so much more. Very...

The kids had a blast here. It's a pretty busy place but in such a beautiful and clean area. There are bathrooms nearby, tables for picnics, plenty of parking. Newly remodeled. There are plenty of neat things for the kids to play on like a balance beam and a big 2 person swing that looks like a raft. There are baby swings as well as other kinds of swings, some that look like banana chairs and lock you in. There's even a "teeter-totter" type swing with a baby seat on one side and a flat seat on the other side for a parent or sibling. The playground sits on wood chips that smell really good (almost like cedar wood), but it does tend to stick to fabric and get into shoes. Overall this is a cute park suitable...

This place is a lot of fun for the kids. Most of it is geared toward older kids, but there is a small section that is more appropriate for toddlers. Be careful with the slide in the toddler area, it gets them going fast and then has a sudden drop at the end. It's a good idea to stand at the end to either catch them or slow them down. There is easy access to a little river trail near the pavilion and bathrooms. The only reason it's getting four instead of five starts is that it's gotten really rundown lately. 6 months ago it would have been five. Now there are lots of planks missing and it just doesn't look super great. It looks like they may be doing some construction, so maybe...
