The Perfect Porch — Attraction in Fruitland Park

I left there in tears. I placed an order on Monday with the understanding that I would need to measure when I returned to town on the weekend. The chaise lounge wouldn’t fit but the table and chairs were fine. I went in to cancel the chaise and add four more chairs for the fire pit instead. The owner’s son yelled at me and said No refunds or Exchanges! He went on to say that even if I had a problem after delivery, Defects or damages that I would have to contact the manufacturer. The warranty that I thought I was getting wasn’t from them. Very deceptive. He got so loud that shoppers stopped shopping and stared at me. I’ve since called my card company to cancel the entire order because I don’t want to purchase furniture from a place that won’t honor the guarantee and yells...

We bought patio furniture from them and they did a nice job however they really shined when we had an issue. After two months or so we developed a problem with the fabric, one I, they and the manufacture have never seen before. The manufacture decided it was mold and wouldn't cover it because mold is not covered under their warranty. The owner had argued with them but it was still a no. Since we barley had the furniture two months the owner covered the warranty out of his pocket. They are really good people that stand behind their product. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs new patio furniture. They will get all my future...

Bought our furniture 10 months ago. Very nice sales lady. The cushions in our love seat were getting soft so we stopped by to talk to her. She said the owner was on vacation and to come back in a couple weeks and that he would take them up to Ocala to get new cushions put in them.She told us they had a one year warranty. Went back in and the lady was on vacation herself. The owner was there and after a few excuses about the product refused to switch out the foam under warranty. In reading other comments it looks like they are great before the sale but, aren't very responsive after...
