I am unable to respond to the fabrication commented by you on my previous response. I was told that you would respond with lies, and I should not be shocked.
Bentley was taken from my arms as soon as we arrived and I was told he was in very poor condition. Due to his age, I had made the decision to treat Bentley for an infection as originally recommended. Dr Kim told me she was disappointed in my decision, and I was being irresponsible by not immediately driving him to Grand Rapids to be admitted. I was told he would not make it thru the night if I didn't.
The fact that you have stated that my CareCredit account was not active is a complete lie. Your office did NOT follow up with CareCredit, I called them when I returned home, and followed up with you! There was an error entering my info on your end. I was unable to connect to your WIFI when my phone was charged, and you threatened to call the police for nonpayment if I walked out the door to my vehicle to better access CareCredit from my phone.
I also received a call from Dr Kim with a very poor attempt at an apology, however it was admitted that his bag of medication was yanked from my hand, breaking a blood vessel, to stop me from leaving. It was also admitted there was an error with CareCredit on your office.
I believed that night was the last night I would have with Bentley. He was very lethargic, not eating, and could barely walk. I was giving him water via a dropper. Although he was sent home with 4 different medications, I only gave him antibiotics. The only thing I agreed to him having in office was an antibiotic shot and fluids. Bentley was clearly given another med when he was in your office, without my permission or knowledge. I am assuming it was the gabapentin he was sent home with, but never given by me. Because as soon as it wore off, 24hours later, he did just fine, and since then has been thriving. If I would have continued to give him the meds you had recommended he would not be here today.
Feel free to comment again, if you would like, but please be sure...
Read moreThis park is extremely underrated. Ann LaCroix was extremely nice in explaining the details of the reservation which goes into processing on March 1st, prior to that in February, also decides what the park rate is going to be. The facilities were clean, slight ding for comment purposes, I would say is the tables need to be replaced and upgraded, they are getting older. There is nothing wrong with the tables just they need to be upgraded they've shown their usefulness. But other than that, if we had tablecloths already to go. They were over a dozen tables that were able to be sat at, and 2 that we are able to used for food that had no seats up against the wall by the kitchen. They do have small kitchen facility but I cannot comment on that due to the fact we do not use that particular part. Each table was ample size and able to be used for up to 8 adults. The bathroom facilities were extremely clean and comfortable and easily accessed by wheelchair. They just recently put in new kids playground equipment which the kids had an absolute blast on including a couple of adults. The grass was well kept up. The boat launch is busy, and there seem to be spaces for up to 20 vehicles and trailers. It was a busy weekend with the start of Coast Guard festival and an absolute gorgeous day outside. Plus they have an overflow parking at the top of the park for extra placement. There was ample parking for our group along with other bystanders that were coming and going. They had a fishing pier head that people were able to cast out a line. Overall for the size of the park is extremely five star rated, but maybe a slight ding to getting upgrades on the picnic tables. My group had roughly about 60 people at it, and they commented they would like to come back, so we will! Nice job for...
Read moreClean park and playground for kids. Occasional events happen at the Band shell. The Lions Club hosts several great events including a spring Carnival and a Old time Christmas with Santa. They have a very nice pavilion available for rent and a basketball court. The Library is very close so nice to check out a book and read in the park. I really like the waterway feature in the park people often fish. There is also a nicer dock with convenience store right in the park down the hill. The best feature is the self service kayak launch that is handicap accessible. We kayak the creek often and there are a few free parking spots for kayakers but must pay for a boat slip to use the launch for...
