My husband and I had an incredible experience with Long Hollow Gardens for our wedding day on 2/24/24. We attended an event at LHG in November 2022, when we were still dating. We both talked about how it would make a great wedding venue-- next thing we know, we talking with Amy about available wedding dates & prices. We booked our wedding day the very next day, before we were even engaged. That's how sure we were about getting married at this beautiful venue. Amy and Hartley were great to work with throughout the year of planning.
Our guests, to this day, continue to rave about how beautiful our wedding was-- to which we wholeheartedly agree. It was exactly the scene we wanted. The venue & setup was simple, elegant, modern, rustic, full of natural greenery, industrial, chic, EVERYTHING wrapped up into one space. We originally planned to have the ceremony outside by the vineyard, mainly because I was nervous about flipping the interior space. However, it rained a few days before our wedding, which saturated the ground. Amy was super helpful in helping to transition the plans into all-indoor. My anxieties about flipping the ceremony space into the reception space melted away when I saw both Amy and Hartley, plus a few others, moving the tables & chairs and helping to set up the reception space during our cocktail hour. Our guests were amazed by the transition, as well. There were many ways to use the spaces provided throughout the wedding day, too. We adored the Farmhouse for our getting-ready space. The photo opportunities are ENDLESS on this property, no matter the time of year!
Nothing outweighs how incredible of a wedding we had at Long Hollow Gardens & our overall positive experience. We are also lucky enough to return to this venue for other events & we get to reminisce about our wedding every time!

Read moreI went to an August wildflower picking party at Long Hollow Gardens and had an amazing time! My friends and I had heard about this place via social media, and were pleasantly surprised that it lived up to all of our expectations! We bought General Entry tickets & wildflower picking tickets online a few weeks in advance. When we got to the gardens they asked for our names and directed us to park. Once inside we stopped over a the bar for a wine tasting - all of the wines are made in Tennessee on property - and bought 2 bottles for us to enjoy throughout the night. We also checked in for wildflower picking at the bar and were given glass jars to fill with flowers. The staff was very kind and helpful during that process. I also thoroughly enjoyed the free strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade that they provided guests, though some of my friends thought it was too sweet! Our one mistake was not going to pick flowers earlier in the night. We started when the sun was setting, but the area was so large that it was dark by the time we were finished. It was also the last week for wildflower picking, so there weren’t as many left available as I imagine there is earlier in the month. We also ordered pasta from Pasta Gailfi, a food truck that was on site and enjoyed it at our table. If I were to do it over again, I would also bring our own food and a deck of cards or a board game for us to enjoy as well! The venue was stunning, and I imagine it acts as a beautiful wedding...
Read morePhotographing a wedding at Long Hollow Gardens was truly a dream. From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of how every inch of the venue feels intentional, romantic, and effortlessly beautiful. The greenhouse-style glasshouse, bathed in natural light, is an absolute gift to photographers — every photo glows with this soft, airy warmth that you just can’t fake.
The ceremony space feels intimate but grand at the same time, framed by lush greenery and flowers that make it look like something straight out of a European countryside garden. During golden hour, the light pours in through the greenhouse and dances across the vines, giving portraits this magical, almost painterly quality. It’s the kind of lighting that makes you want to shoot forever.
I also loved how seamless the flow of the day felt here. There’s space for everything — the getting ready suites are bright and comfortable, the reception area transitions effortlessly from dinner to dancing, and everywhere you turn, there’s a backdrop worth photographing. Even the little in-between moments, like guests sipping cocktails in the garden or strolling between the vines, become frame-worthy.
From a photographer’s perspective, Long Hollow Gardens is the perfect mix of elegance and comfort. It allows couples to have a luxury-feeling celebration without losing that relaxed, joyful vibe. I left the wedding with a camera full of images I couldn’t wait to edit — which, to me, is the best sign of an...
