White Bison Coffee/ Shell — Restaurant in Tennessee

Every single time I come to this location is an actual NIGHTMARE. Today I came in after a 12 hour shift, just wanting a simple latte. I ordered via the kiosk and it popped up on the screen while the cashier was taking a VERY LARGE order from a woman who said she didn’t even have her wallet with her. The cashier just stood there staring at her for about 10 minutes, all the while he could have made my drink and I could have left. Then another worker comes in and the original cashier just leaves before telling the other worker to start making this lady’s crazy big order EVEN THOUGH SHE DIDNT HAVE HER WALLET TO PAY FOR IT AND WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO BRING IT TO HER. I don’t understand the incompetence of the employees here. I waited another 8 ish minutes and then got up and left because the worker hadn’t even finished one of her drinks yet and the other original worker just left and was nowhere to be found. This experience was just the last straw for this location for me. I’m always the literal only customer waiting for a drink and it takes a good 15-20 minutes to make one drink. Even on the weekdays, I drive right past it to go to work and would love to be able to stop for coffee but I never know if I’m going to be waiting 20 minutes and I cannot be late to work.
