Great service fast and efficient. We took the ferry late evening and watched a beautiful sunset on the way to bolivar and saw dolphins and birds. We got out of car and walked around and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We returned late and again friendly efficient service. Worth the wait in line.

Black lady made me circle back into the back of the line because unknowingly went into the wrong lane that was open without a cone, made me miss a ferry back since she refused my suggestion of just backing up because there was still a huge space where i could get back. had to wait 1 unnecessary hour in my car. There was a newly renovated indoor waiting room and restrooms at the Galveston dock, open to the public until at least 9 pm. Facilities also exist with running water on the ferry and Port Bolivar. The parking is free on both sides....
