My husband likes lightly fermented fresh kimchi and I like the sour kimchi which is fermented for a while. The owner explained to us to always get very fresh kimchi, put in fridge and eat. Just got the jar of their whole “baek” kimchi — meaning white. I’ve recently had baek kimchi from another kimchi spot in Buena Park and it was too sweet and filled with other additives. I was very disappointed until a friend told me about this place.
