It's really hard to find good Hu Tieu in Little Saigon so I'm thrilled to find it here. I live close by and ate at this location several times back when two other owners operated here. The first owner served pretty good Hu Tieu but the broth was lacking that authentic Tieu Chau flavor which comes from grilled squids. The first owner moved to a different location so a second owner took over, and the second owner served very average Hu Tieu. This new and third owner does VERY good Hu Tieu and their broth is exceptional. The aroma is true Hu Tieu broth from Cholon Vietnam where the Tieu Chau people lives. I did noticed this place is stingy with the compliment veggies so you may need to...
