Alan Claude Gallery — Attraction in Gardiner

I received a gift of coasters from this gallery, and liked them so much I wanted a few more. I sent a note to the gallery, asking where they could be purchased - and Alan wrote me back himself with a link to the assortment. (1st star - great response time and customer-focused approach.) Coasters are offered individually as well as in sets, and I asked if I could customize a set - Bec from the gallery responded and told me I could, and even remembered what I already had and offered suggestions (2nd star - personalized attention.) I ordered the coasters and they were sent the same day (3rd star - speed!) and they arrived within a couple of days, carefully packed and with a few bookmarks in the package as an extra treat (4th star - little gifties!) When I wrote back to the gallery to thank them for the coasters and bookmarks, I got a response, again from Alan himself, thanking me for my purchase (5th star - responsiveness and appreciation). Overall, it's been a great transaction - it's almost like a new relationship! And the art is terrific, in addition to the great service!...

We love Alan’s art and couldn’t be happier with the additions we have included in our home decor! We have purchased the calendars dating back to 2021 and look forward to displaying each months capture of a beautiful landscape, the ocean, a lighthouse, lakes, a beach or even just the colorful bouys on display on a coastal dock! We had the opportunity to meet Alan at Yarmouths Clam Fest this year, he was very friendly, inviting and took interest in our son and our passion for his art. We purchased a framed picture of Boothbay Harbor which displayed fishing boats anchored in the harbor. It was simply beautiful and reminded my wife and I of our many trips to the harbor. As a Mainer, each piece of art reminds us of a special moment we shared at the many locations Alan has captured. Alan was even nice enough to break away from a conversation to take a selfie with me!! We can’t wait to visit his Gallery in Gardiner and would highly recommend his art to anyone looking for a staple...

I have been collecting Alan Claude prints and calendars for a few years and was delighted to find out he opened his own gallery in Gardiner. The art brings back wonderful memories of our many visits to Maine, and I love his style, particularly the lettering. My husband, daughter and I visited the gallery in July and were very impressed; the building is beautifully done and we loved the large art pieces on display. We were able to meet Alan and his wife, and he signed our prints. My husband was thrilled to get some Christmas shopping done (my daughter and I have the calendars). Our school teacher daughter was thrilled with the "I Am Mindfulness" Poster Prints, she'll be putting one up in her classroom.

One other note: we have had orders delivered to our home and the gallery was very good to work with. Last year a shipment was lost, my husband called and spoke with Alan who quickly resolved the problem. Wonderful art and excellent customer service is a winning...
