Everything is GREAT, except the way the facility continues to organize its line waiting to order. Though it sounds like a trivial issue it is unnecessarily inconvenient for waiting customers and those dining. Something very simple to fix yet it still continues to operate like this. Generally there is a waiting line through the entire restaurant, past dining tables. Instead of having the waiting line form, like a normal restaurant at the front entrance, it backs up to the exit blocking tables and access to pick up food and get beverage refills. It leaves waiting customers having to move for every person getting food and refills and requires those getting food and refills to finagle their way through the entire line and back just to eat. It’s very frustrating for both parties, not to mention those that have to sit at the tables directly next to the inside line. They have to try to enjoy their meal with people standing a mere 2 feet from their plate. It’s mind boggling how simple of a fix this is yet the restaurant refuses to address this issue. Even though it seems like common sense how to fix the problem I did bring it to the attention of the facility thinking the may somehow not be aware of the negative customer experience. At one point this year it was fixed for the next 2 visits, but quickly reverted. A simple sign on the exit stating “ Line forms at front door” is all it would take. I really hope this changes someday so we can return to enjoy all other aspects. Unfortunately this was one of our favorite places but we have chosen to find other places to dine, after going there almost weekly. Having to unnecessarily deal with the un organization is no...
Read moreWow! Had breakfast at Bintliff’s Corner Brew this morning and absolutely loved it! The space may be small but it is really beautiful and so cozy and comfortable; it can accommodate pretty much anyone who wants to eat-in. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash and was stunned when I got it: a massive amount of real corned beef in hearty chunks along with potato, onion, sweet potato, and a good dash of seasoning. Two perfectly poached eggs sat on top, making the dish look like a snow-capped mountain range. I had to forgo the ‘Tuscan toast’ (because- gluten) but I imagine it was just as delicious as the rest of the meal. I have aways been a big eater but I couldn’t eat more than half of the serving. Fortunately they have take-out boxes so, for just under $16, I had breakfast and I have dinner too! There is a bank of air pots with a variety of coffees and 1/2 & 1/2, oat milk, and other options to add. Service was friendly and welcoming; when the young woman who took my order learned I was a first-timer, she took the time to explain to me how the whole process works. I have a new favorite place for breakfast - or even just for coffee. Bintliff’s Corner Brew is a fabulous addition to...
Read moreWas driving through town and stopped here to grab coffee and some food to go. The coffee is good (a little light on the coffee flavor), and some of the syrup is slightly too sweet for me, but not overpoweringly so. I got a latte with one ounce of lavender syrup. The barista did offer to do half an ounce, which I would do if I came back here again. My partner got the cubano latte which was very good and not too sweet at all. We both got breakfast bagel sandwiches and they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were excellent and spot on, although the takeout presentation was a bit messy to eat. I expected it wrapped but it was in a box and I had to get my hands very dirty to eat it. Still an excellent experience and I would definitely be coming back here if I lived closer. Service was friendly and very speedy, especially considering how crowded they were on a Sunday morning! I would give this a 4.5/5 if I could for their to go orders, although I expect their sit down experience to be even better. I also had to take a star off because they charged a whole dollar fifty extra for alternative milks!! I can accept a 99 cent up charge, but over a...
