For Google to call this a "Landmark" or under "Things to Do" is absolutely ridiculous. For locals, it is a bridge to cross a creek that used to consistently flood, and cause our Firefighters to risk their lives for stranded motorists caught in surprise flash floods. As far as the bridge goes, it's big, it's gaudy, and makes absolutely no sense . . However, I do like that it allows safe access to the other side of the road on foot and provides some shade (if the constant gun blasting doesn't bother you). It also provides a good spot to park and enter the back side of Rowlett...

Never been cleaned once after being built. For a City to feel like they need to build this atrocity with tax dollars and not even pickup the garbage once should be criminal. Both walkways on either side lined with trash, only getting worse every week. Same trash has been there...
