Soto Auto Glass Mobile — Attraction in Garland

I highly recommend Soto Auto Glass! Yesterday, I spent the entire day driving around without a rearview mirror, searching for someone who could help reinstall it on my dad’s 2001 Chevy S10. No one else was able to assist until CJ Auto Shop suggested Soto Auto Glass. After reading their many glowing reviews, I called and spoke with Dafne Soto, who was incredibly friendly and understood my situation right away. To my relief, she said they could help. Today, Martin and Laura came to reinstall the mirror, and I immediately felt a positive vibe from them. I also asked for their advice on another issue, and they went above and beyond to help me. They truly are a family-owned business that works together as a team, and I admire how dedicated and kind they are. The company has their stuff together. They were professional and friendly, and had my windshield for my 22 year old SUV. The woman on the phone (Dafne) got all my info for the car, realized there were two possible windshields (they changed during my model year) and got the VIN number to be sure they got the right one. They texted me immediately after I made the appointment (for the next morning) with a confirmation of my appointment window, my address, their warranty, and a picture of the windshield from their parts dept. I received a greeting text the next morning with an estimated arrival time. Mr and Mrs Soto got my key, replaced my glass in less than an hour, and he instructed me how to care for the glass until the seal cures. Replaced all my stickers (Tolltag, registration,- even my oil change reminder.). Outstanding service- very easy process- I just handed them my key and they rang the doorbell when they were done. My daughter had a leak on her driver's side and we couldn't find anyone close by who was reasonably priced for her budget as a single mom. Someone we called recommended Martine Soto. It was almost an hour drive from Arlington, but we were offered a price within her budget, so I made the drive. And it was WORTH IT! Martine was friendly, thorough, and made sure to find the exact problem before proceeding with an entire windshield replacement. He was honest, worked hard to get the problem fixed (the windshield didn't need replaced after all), and charged a reasonable fee that likely would have been double anywhere else! Now just a little more than a week later, and the problem was definitely fixed correctly because there have been no more leaks!
