Growing up in Egypt, Koshary was always my go to street food quick, delicious, and something you grab on the go while chatting with friends. It’s been something I’ve really missed since moving to the US, so when I heard about Koshary Time, I knew I had to check it out. The moment I walked in, both guys behind the counter made me feel like I was back home. They were so warm, friendly, and full of energy. it felt like catching up with old friends. 😊One of them recommended the liver coaster, and the other suggested the spicy chicken. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were in their recommendations, genuinely wanting to make sure I had the best experience. The food? Exactly what I’d been craving. The chicken was spicy, bold, and full of flavor, while the liver was milder but just as delicious. Each bite felt like a little taste of Egypt. And the fun spin-the-wheel for discounts added a nice, unexpected touch to my meal. Plus, the price is very reasonable for the generous portion you get — you’re definitely getting a great value for what you’re served. Thank you to the team for the best experience I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and delicious visit. If you’re looking for authentic Koshary, this place feels like home. I’ll definitely be back and I’ve already been telling all my friends and family...

Customer Service 🌟 :: Phenomenal!
🌟 My ratings are from 1 to 5!
● Koshary Bowl 🌟 :: 4.5 The best way I can describe it... this is their version of spaghetti. It's layered with macaroni noodles, lentils, chickpeas, fried onions (fresh, not from the can), and 3 different sauces. Next time, I will ask for extra sauce & fried onions. This was pretty good! 😋
● Sliders 🌟 :: 3.5 Buffalo Chicken + Koshary (*signature item) I don't eat poultry or red meats, so my sister tried these. She said the buffalo was a little too salty for her, but the Koshary slider was good!
● Koshary Fries 🌟 :: 4 This is their version of loaded fries, similar to the Koshary Bowl. It's layered with fries, fried chicken, shredded cheese, sauce, and fried onions. I omitted the chicken and asked him to replace it with a little bit of both of the lentils & chickpeas. I asked for the fries to be well done, but they were pretty soft once I got to the car. I always start eating immediately bc I like my food pipin' hot, so the fries softened rather quickly. 😕
Hopefully, next time I swing by, they'll have the rice...
Read moreTried the new Egyptian food truck other day they’re serving Koshary, and it was actually pretty good! The flavors were nice, and you can tell they’re still new, so I’d say give them some time to improve and get everything running smoothly.
The only thing I didn’t like was the soda they were Kroger brand cans with no flavor at all. I’d recommend switching to regular name brands instead. Also, the sauces were kept outside, and they dry up easily in the heat. It would be better if they kept them by the counter inside the truck or offered them in small sealed containers for customers who want extra.
Overall, not bad at all definitely worth trying if you’re craving authentic Egyptian...
