CLIMB Works Smoky Mountains - Zipline Tour — Attraction in Gatlinburg

So, first let me start by saying, this is simply the “BEST” zip line experience I’ve ever had!

I’m currently working in Eastern TN away from home in Pennsylvania, so I try to enjoy All of what Eastern TN has to offer! Trust me there is Soooo much! But this experience is the Top of my list!

I have not gone zip lining in probably 25 years or more! To be honest once I got there I was Very Nervous, as was well as my friend that was visiting from Pennsylvania, but the guides are Absolutely Phenomenal and made this a very memorable and exciting experience!

Mabel, Gracie and Anna are Fantastic at their jobs! So much so it doesn’t even seem like it’s work for them!

They Truly Love What they do! And They are Great at it! They not only made it fun, but they were very professional about your safety and any concerns we had.

Everyone in our group had a great time! There were little kids ranging in age from 7 years old to 15 years old, they were pretty nervous at first, but the girls set their minds at ease and by the 2nd zip they were first in line to go again 😃

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Climb Works or their staff! I enjoyed it so much a month later when my husband came to visit from Pennsylvania I got to go again! It was the same experience the second time!

If you want to step outside of your comfort zone and truly have an experience you will never forget in a lifetime, then you Need to go to Climb Works and experience what it’s like to have “Courage” in yourself, “Learn” something new, be “Inspired” become a “Master” at zip lining and finally “Believe” in yourself!!

My boyfriend and I zip-lined with Climbworks on Labor Day - first tour of the morning - WOW! We had so much fun! This was my second time ziplining (I had been to their Hawaii location ~10 years ago) and my boyfriend's first time. The views of the Great Smoky mountains are simply stunning - so lush and green! The course itself was also really awesome with 6 zips, some rope bridges, a vertical rappel, and an ATV ride.

Our guides - Sylvie, Avery, and Grace - were all excellent and kept us all safe and made sure everyone was having a blast! They kept the jokes rolling the whole tour and were very easy to talk to with any questions. Truly amazing guides and helped make this a 5-star expereince.

We loved our expereince so much that had we had more time in our itinerary, we would have booked another tour that same evening around sunset - it was that amazing (but alas, we had a jam-packed agenda)!!

In the hotter months, would definitely recommend either the first tour or the last tour of the day to avoid the heat. Pro tip: you can also bring a small fanny pack to keep your phone to take photos along the way. They take photos, too, with the option to purchase at the end. We ended up buying the photo package as they got some really great pics that we couldn't capture ourselves.

Our first adventure in the Smoky Mountains was absolutely epic! When I was planning our trip, I knew that I had to take my family zip lining in the Great Smokys. After doing a ton of research, we chose Climb Works, and let me tell you, it was worth every single penny!

As soon as we got there, the staff and tour guides welcomed us with so much warmth and excitement. We lucked out and got the most amazing trio of guides - Bre, Grace, and Leah - who took our experience to the next level. They were not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making us feel safe and comfy throughout the entire adventure. Their passion for the outdoors and infectious enthusiasm made every moment unforgettable.

The majestic views of the Smoky Mountains were just as spectacular as I had envisioned. It provided us with a much-needed escape from reality, allowing us to fully embrace the present moment. I strongly encourage putting aside your phone and investing in the photo package - it was truly invaluable! The photos beautifully encapsulated the joy we experienced as a family and will be treasured for years to come.
