We stopped by to see the Bison on our way through, we had been by many times before while on vacation, but this time the bison were actually very close to the ELECTRIC fence by the road, it was chow time for them. Usually they are off in the field or up on the hill. The two men feeding them were super friendly and offered an abundance of information on these amazing animals. If you go by, be sure to stop and give a donation to help preserve these enormous and gorgeous creatures who used to roam the beautiful Great Smokey Mountains until they were hunted to...

The bison were a larger number than described in the info sheet. Needs to be updated. People should give more support for our natural Buffalo population Not sure if they are in danger of being move, the land says it's for sale... I left some money, I love Bison, for many reasons. The Cherokee revered them, please try and see these amazing animals.

There was 7 total when I visited, but I'm unsure as to their age,...

This was such an amazing and awesome experience for us and my grandson! Even on a sudden rain storm we stopped to see the bison. When the saw us coming towards the fence the whole herd came running towards us! It was unbelievable 🤩 We were lucky enough to see the new baby bison who apparently had not been there the week before when a friend of mine had been there. Highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you...
