Genoa Township Park District — Attraction in Genoa Township

We really enjoyed our day at the pool. There is something for all ages, although I always wondered why pools don't have more fun things in 3-4 ft water for the age group that is learning to swim, like slides or a waterfall. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we went on a Saturday, and although the person who I talked with on the phone when I called ahead of time said they had concessions, yet when we arrived we found that they don't sell food or drinks on Saturdays! Goodness, you would think Saturday would be the busiest day when people want food /drink the most. I found it to be quite odd, and we were starving when we left! Five Stars (including this 1 star) only for Mrs. Kelly & her Childcare staff because they are AWESOME!!!!! ZERO stars for the Genoa Park District Billing Department /Administration because they suck at doing their job correctly and continuously keep making mistakes by charging my card ON THE WRONG DAY!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ What's sooo hard about "ONLY CHARGING ON FRIDAYS"?!?!?!? Great park district with plenty to offer. Soccer fields, basket ball courts, paved walking paths, manicured hiking paths (north of the main park), multiple jungle gyms, pool with water slide and concessions, kid pool, separate splash pad at the pool, gym, skate park, ect.
