Watch out for the yellowjacket nest. Only saw one but it was in a rotted log to the left of the trail as we were returning to the trailhead, west of the Miller Trek short cut on the green blaze loop, just starting to go down hill. My wife was in the lead and passed right through but triggered the swarm to come out and sting both my dog and me. Also, the trailhead is not well marked but is at the top of the paved parking lot. Most trail signs were rotted and nearly unreadable - so snap a photo of the map with your phone before leaving the trailhead area. On a good note, the trail was in pretty good shape.
