A very nice resort with all the amenities you could ask for. Indoor and outdoor pools with Jacuzzi saw as inside and outside poolside, state of the art gym, locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas. There are 2 arcades for the little ones, Brassies bar with 2 billiard tables, darts and a great menu. Seating and fire pit outside with beautiful views of the North GA mountains. 4 star dining with excellent morning breakfast bar and daily dinner buffets including Friday night seafood and Saturday night Prime rib buffets. A lobby bar for a smaller crowd atmosphere. Horseback riding, axe throwing, tennis courts and a championship golf course. There is a great spa, Equani Spa, with all you could pamper yourself with and a great customer satisfaction approach with wonderful service from a great group of team oriented employees. Well maintained rooms and suites that make you feel safe and comfortable. Valet service that has the friendliest group of people and a top notch maintenance and security team. Definitely a great place to have groups, weddings, conference rooms that are spacious and close by entertainment for everyone. Reasonable pricing and very worth the stay.

Unhappy about the bill pay. A party of 7 was charge an automatic 23% tip charge (Absolutely Ridiculous) for the buffet. The tip was calculated including the tax. When tips should be calculated pre-tax. The tip for a $276.00 bill which, wrongfully Included the tax in their calculation was $63.00 for pouring water. To assess a 23% tip for a "Large" party is ridiculous for a buffet. I would expect 15% to 18% for a large party. But pre taxed.. Major Fail Brasstown Valley.... You're ripping unsuspecting / naive customers off. Clarke Howard would ashamed of your business practice... People be ware, there is no prior notification.

This restaurant is amazing. 5 start food (fantastic), service, and atmosphere with the feeling of home. We came on Saturday, and it is a all you can eat buffet with prime rib, chicken carbonara, pork tenderloin, potato bar, and salad bar followed up with a huge dessert bar. Linnae and the rest of the staff are very professional, and they have a great sense of humor. All the Christmas trees are beautifully decorated with large and vibrant ornaments. The ginger bread village was very cool. Unfortunately, we waited too long to see it as some of the parts are falling off. But it still looks cool.

Big let down... Last time I ate the Thanksgiving Dinner here was 20+ years ago. I've eaten $500 dinners, eaten in Paris, Milan, Capri, Naples, Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, LA - but I don't dare compare this place to anywhere. The Prime Rib was difficult for the server to cut and the butter knife on the table wasn't about to cut it. The turkey tasted like a salt brine. The ham tasted almost as good as a Dak's canned ham. I wasn't about to peal and eat shrimp when I'm paying $53 for a buffet, so I didn't touch them. The seafood salad and poached salmon were the only things worth eating on the whole buffet. The garlic mashed potatoes were dry and had an overwhelming flavor of cumin - I couldn't find the gravy until too late and its taste was consistent with non-iodized salt. The green beans were tough to eat and. There was no fruit to remove the taste of salt from my mouth so I was forced to eat lemon slices from tea. The desert consisted of thawed pies and cakes found in any grocery frozen food section.

The bottom line is that the chef must hold stock in the Morton's Salt company and the stock jumped up.

I was sadder than I've ever been when paying $125 for a dinner for two and my wife saying "we've should have gone to Subway" didn't help anything.

Good luck to those who believe the quality of this food is acceptable...

Made reservations for my wife and I with the hopes of having a great fine dining experience. We were told over the phone that they were a fine dining restaurant. The place first of all, as you enter the main resort entrance to get to the restaurant, it looked amazing. Now as we entered to get inside, a smell hit us in the face. The entire restaurant reeks of crab and seafood. Not a fresh smell, but a rank foggy never washed-up seafood stench. The smell of body oder, seafood, and a musty beer rot filled our noses. We were seated against a wall, at a very small table, with zero room to move. The clientele was a mix of well dressed redneck bud drinking crab leg buffet eating pigs. Guys in orange hats and flannel stuffing their faces with crab legs is NOT fine dining. We left before we were even greeted by a server. How can you call a buffet fine dining? How exactly do you take reservations for a fine dining experience with the stench of rotten seafood in your nose. Worst experience we've had and we will not recommend this crap hole to anyone who might wear a tie to...
