Be careful! She will offer you cash discounts in order to buy right away and not refund your money or exchange if you are unsatisfied. She will not let you take any pictures of the gowns or look through the racks yourself either.
I had high hopes for this place, especially after reading reviews. Prior to the appointment, the owner had me fill out a long questionnaire and include photos of dresses I liked. I thought this seemed a bit over the top, but also potentially a good sign that she would really prioritize what I was looking for.
July 11: When I got there I was sad to see she did not pull a single dress in the cut, shape, or fabric I had expressed interest in. The first three dresses were so bad that I wanted to get out of them immediately. Then, she showed me something completely different than I had asked. I tried it on and it seemed so much better in comparison to the others.
I was apprehensive throughout the process, but she tried to convince me how beautiful it was on me and that it was perfect for my venue, etc. I liked it but definitely did not love. I asked about other styles and she said it would take minimum 6 months to order. I suppose I lost hope that I would be able to find what I really loved and this seemed like the best option at the time.
The dress she showed me was listed for $2,300 and her veils start at $500. She did this with full knowledge that my absolute max budget was $2,000 (including the veil). This is totally unprofessional. I told her I was not sure and wanted to wait a day or two and she immediately retorted that she'd take off 20% of the price if I paid cash.
Now I have a dress that I bitterly regret and there's nothing I can do about it. Ultimately, I made a huge mistake and should've never gone along with it. Lesson learned.
I post this as a warning to brides that if you're going to buy from her, BE FIRM on your pricing, preferences, and boundaries. If you want to take a day to think on it or look at other options, do it! That being said, I understand having a no refunds policy for consignment, off the runway samples, etc., but for a brand new, unworn dress, with no alterations, it's extremely unfair. I told her I'd be happy to pay a penalty fee if she could help me rectify this very stressful situation. I understand businesses have an interest as well.
So please, be warned. Hopefully she takes this as a lesson to show the bride what they actually asked for, be direct if she doesn't have it in stock, and reconsider the...

Veiled By ChaCha gives brides a personalized and one-on-one experience with unique dresses, veils, and accessories. Antonietta was cheerful and prepared for my appointment time, even after I had to reschedule for an earlier appointment slot. She had previously collected information about dress styles and veil styles I liked and price points I felt comfortable with. When I arrived, Antonietta had dresses pulled that matched my description and pictures of my dream dress.
The dresses I tried on were rare; each dress had beautiful details and embellishments that made me fall in love with multiple one-of-a-kind pieces. Antonietta was inquisitive about my likes/dislikes for all the options I tried on and she was flexible in pulling more dresses based on my feedback to help me find my dress. Once I narrowed down the selection to a few, she was patient in helping me try the dresses on again. Ultimately, this helped me make my decision. Veiled By ChaCha sells dresses on demand, and I was able to take "the one" home on the same day! The store provided me with some wedding gown tailors I could contact for alterations as well.
Antonietta also helped me find beautiful accessories to wear on my wedding day. She was attuned to details in my engagement ring and wedding dress when selecting options of hair pieces and earrings.
As a bride who is eloping, I was anxious about the wedding dress shopping experience because I did not know if I would be able to get a dress in time. My experience at Veiled By ChaCha was flawless and I was able to find my perfect dress. I cannot wait to wear my dress and accessories on my wedding day in October.
I would highly recommend this store...
Read moreThis was my first bridal store I went to looking for my wedding dress. Antonietta welcomed my family and I like we were her own. We felt right at home in her quaint boutique. It wasn't too flashy, it felt just right in a judgement free zone. Antonietta did her research beforehand and picked out a few dresses for me to try on that she thought would be a good fit to my previous description of what I wanted in a dream wedding dress. She helped me into the dresses and even explained where they were from, the designer behind the dress, and provided me with the story to connect to each dress. It was a wonderful experience in that I didn't feel pressured to buy any particular dress. Antonietta made sure to ask how I felt with each dress rather than giving her opinion. She helped me to stay within budget. While I went to another bridal store after to keep my options open, I still kept coming thinking back to my experience with Antonietta and her bridal shop. I just loved my experience so much here and I loved the dresses that I tried on, that I quickly came back and ended up buying the dress of my dreams! Antonietta at Veiled by ChaCha is a must for every bride. You will feel like you are living out...
