My husband and I stopped into the museum and thought it was pretty cool. We both especially liked the outdoor gardens and walk through the woods. The weekend before they had a fairy event and we got to see a bunch of fairy houses set up.

We went for the fairy house festival, well organized and great activities for young children. Grafton is also a great little town.

The best! Be sure to catch the Fairy House Festival each September.

A wonderful museum for all. The staff and volunteers are so kind and knowledgeable. Their summer camps are amazing and incredibly inclusive for children with disability. The staff went out of their way to make sure my children were happy, safe and felt welcome when we visited to see if the camp was a good fit for our childrens' needs. This attitude carried over into the long days of camp and my children can't wait to sign up again next summer. Also, the Fairy Fest that the museum hosts in September is completely wonderful - full of...

We came for the adventure trail in the back but the museum is also very cool. I would say this is the perfect 1 hour stop for 4-6 year olds. The adventure trail is neat, not too long, has fun obstacles, and is shaded from the hot sun. The museum has stepped up it's game and has many hands on activities. We toon my daughter at 3 and she seemed a little too young, but at 4 it's great. There's also a playground across the street...

A lot of animals, habitat displays, and activities for younger children. Visited with some 2-5 year olds and they had a blast.

The bear cave upstairs was a particular attraction. They could crawl through and pop out of the other side.

The bee exhibit was great too. I'd never seen a working beehive before and this one is bustling. You can even spot it...
