When we visited Rockledge park we had a chance to walk around the North shore trailhead. It was really crowded. People were all near the shore sitting , barbecuing and swimming at the same time. The breeze gets stronger around this area. You might want to bring a blanket in case you feel chilly. Bring swim suits, sandals, towels to enjoy the water. Extra clothes are also needed. If you have a canopy or a big umbrella,it will make it comfortable for you to stay under the sun. Barbecue is allowed, entrance is 20$ during the holidays season 10$ on...

Also, as tempting as the lake looks, don’t swim in it. The water is clearly polluted and not safe for swimming.
Overall, it’s a great place to visit, just bring your own chairs and enjoy the scenery from a...
