Henzie's Art Studio — Attraction in Gravette

I’ve taken an adult art class at the Henzie’s Art Studio and worked mosaics. I found the sessions to be fun and educational. It’s great to be together with others learning new techniques. I have also purchased several DIY mosaic ornament kits to work at home. They make great gifts too! The kits come complete with step by step instructions and all the supplies needed. I purchased the nativity and Christmas tree ornament kits to work together with my friends at home over the holidays. It should be a lot of fun, plus they will have a completed ornament to take home with them.

I’ve also attended several Henzie’s art classes at the Gravette senior center. They usually have a session there the first Thursday of each month. One class was doing a water color snow scene and another was using the Japanese ink art technique to paint coy fish. I thoroughly enjoyed both sessions! I had never used either technique, and the Henzie’s did a terrific job walking complete novices through each project. I highly recommend checking out and trying different art project opportunities with the Henzie’s, whether it be at their art studio or at the senior center. My daughter absolutely ADORES these classes. She has so much fun we go twice a week! She’s homeschooling, so we do the elementary art class where she learns the basics behind art, and then another general class just for fun. I can’t recommend Henzie’s Art Studio enough! They are so great with the kiddos and I have seen a dramatic improvement on my daughter’s abilities. In fact, the last class she brought me her artwork, and I thought her art teacher actually made it and she was just showing me. Lol. It is really impressive how much she is learning! The moment I stepped into Henzie's art studio, I was welcomed by a wonderful family. I have been going there for 3 yrs now. They have so much to offer. adult classes, all ranges of children's classes, homeschool classes. They even travel to assisted living to bring art to them. I especially love the adult class held on Tues from 1-3. we get to do any style of art we wish. The Henzie's always have all the supplies you need, and help to make your art your own.
