The Ruff Inn — Local services in Gravette

We just picked up our two dogs from a week vacation — my dogs are clearly happy, healthy and completely cared for. The team of people here caring for our pets are exactly who you would want caring for your dogs — trustworthy/honest, communicative, fair, hardworking, safe, smart, confident…loving! The anxiety of leaving our dogs is no more and we are planning on booking another vacation as soon as we can now knowing we won’t have that uneasy feeling or burdensome job of researching and trying to find a clean safe place to care for our two pups! We have found our place — I am confident if you are looking for a place to care for you dogs while you are away you will feel the same!! (Oh!! I forgot — so my dogs had some matting and we asked for help — I expected the dogs to come back looking choppy and a mess since I said to do what needs to be done for their comfort — the groomer was AMAZING ! We’ve known Chelsea for years and in all that time, she never missed an opportunity to share her dream of running a dog boarding facility. So this Spring Break, we jumped at the chance to support her dream come true and leave our Aussi-doodle in her excellent care. Not everyone has the privilege of knowing Chelsea pers, but it is my opinion that there is no better person to care for animals. She takes a personal interest in their well-being and extends that standard of excellence as a minimum expectation for her team. She is experienced with special needs care and has the knowledge and resources to manage the simplest to highest maintenance pets. Our dog, Cash, requires medication daily for separation anxiety but was able to have his dosage reduced over his 10-day stay due to comfort. Our family found itself in a less than desirable situation and The Ruff Inn came to our rescue in more than one way. I reached out on a local fb page asking for help to find a place to immediately place our 2 fur babies. NWA was having several events and it was labor day weekend so all the boarding businesses that we had called were full. Chelsea and Casey responded to our call for help. They made immediate accommodations for both our fur babies and ourselves. They took excellent care of our doodles and we received report cards with their pictures twice daily by their personal caretakers. Our doodles were loved and well cared for while staying at The Ruff Inn. When God answers prayers He does so in unexpected ways and uses people with open hearts. I am so very grateful and will always remember how Casey and Chelsea and all the employees at The Ruff Inn turned what could have been a very bad situation into one that created peace...
