Entry by donation, so free. Make sure to leave a good donation or buy several things from their gift shop. They have a good selection of cheap candy and postcards. I thought their toddler shirts were cute, too. Great way to get out and enjoy a walk. The park has an animal exhibit about every 30 feet. It almost feels dangerous to be this up close and personal with the animals. Outside animals we enjoyed most were the mountain lions, alligators, snake, armilidillo, monkeys, talking birds like parrots and parakeets, cappybeara and lion. The bear was in a different den area hibernating, and we did not get to see him. We will have to come back in the spring. Also, the butterflies were not there. Accessibility ♿️: 4/5 although the do have ramps and a fairly good sized bathroom, the trails weren't the best for wheelchairs. There were a lot of slightly aggressive geese and lots of sticks, poop, and debris on the paths. They have chairs to rent for the day for a couple bucks Kid friendly: 5/5 great areas to walk around and tons of things to look at. Read moreNice little zoo. It's small - my wife and I make it through in an hour. There's no entry fee, but they rely on donations to keep this place running, so please help out whenever you visit. It's great to have something like this in such a small community.
