I ordered on line (10-16-22) was for my birthday party. I ordered almost $130 worth of stuff that didn't get delivered. When I called they said they never got the order. Not only was my bank account charged once, but twice!! So now I had almost $260 worth of charges to my account and no pizza! Thankfully I had enough money to call in and order over the phone , and my account was charged a third time. I was told once the third charge went through then the other two would fall off. That didn't happen until the 19th so I had over $300 tied up in pizza for 3 days!! When I called Nebraska to make a complaint the lady said she would talk to her IT guys, there was nothing she could do, she was sorry and good luck!!! No compensation! No nothing!! My guest waited over 2 1/2 hours to eat!!! Needless to say, it put a damper on my birthday party!! Well I ordered pizza again yesterday for the football game and the exact same thing happened!! Also, after my first google review I was contacted by someone with the company and they apologized, thanked me for my review and offered me credit on my next order. Read moreI ordered a pizza and a salad. Was stuck in the drive thru for a very long time. They kept telling me they were waiting on my salad. There were several employees taking down the buffet. After a while I could see 3 people scraping the last scraps of out of the salad containers and shortly after my salad was brought to the window. No one bothered to wash hands or think twice about throwing the salad together. I refused the salad when I said I did not realize that the salad would be made from the buffet. I was informed that is how they make all the salads. This is not acceptable to me. I was told I would not be charged for it, even though I had already paid. I left a review on their FB page and was contacted by corporate to follow up. I was offered a discount for the next visit. I declined and asked for a change in how they prepare food and simply my refund for the salad. I have never gotten my refund. This past visit, I ordered on the app and it’s stated my order would be available at 7:40 At 7:40 , my app said my order was complete. So my husband went inside to get it, and they said it was not ready, no big deal. Except he waited 20 more minutes and no one would look at him while he was waiting. He asked again and an employee said to him , “we have a lot of orders right now” 20 minutes after our order was supposed to be done. So he said “then your app shouldn’t have told me my order was ready 20 minutes ago” She then proceeded to look in 4 different spots and “magically” found my order, ready to go.
