We can’t say enough good things about our experience at 561 Shark Park in West Palm Beach last weekend! From the very start, Alex and Jarah were incredible—their professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help us create the perfect party went above and beyond our expectations. They were flexible with our needs, quick to respond, and always made us feel like our event for 25 kids was a priority. On the day of the party, the entire staff was outstanding. At the cable ski, the team showed so much encouragement, especially with the kids who were trying it for the first time. Their clear instructions, positive energy, and focus on safety gave everyone the confidence to get out on the water and have fun. Over at the obstacle course, the staff was just as amazing—helpful, attentive, and always keeping an eye out to make sure the kids were safe while still having the time of their lives. Thanks to Alex, Jarah, and the whole crew, our group had an unforgettable day filled with fun, laughter, and great memories. We are so grateful for their top-notch customer service and their incredible willingness to accommodate every detail. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to host a party or just spend a fun day outdoors, 561 Shark Park is the ...

I want to share my appreciation for Cruz's exceptional wakeboarding lesson for my twins. Cruz's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor created a positive and supportive learning environment. He patiently guided my kids through their first wakeboarding experience, instilling confidence and making it an enjoyable journey.

Cruz's attention to detail and clear explanations were commendable. He tailored his teaching style to accommodate each child's learning pace and style, helping them grasp the fundamentals quickly. Cruz's expertise was evident as he demonstrated maneuvers and provided valuable guidance. Safety was a top priority, with Cruz ensuring the equipment and safety gear were in excellent condition.

What truly stood out was Cruz's genuine care for his students. He celebrated their accomplishments, fostering a sense of pride and enthusiasm. Cruz's passion for wakeboarding was infectious, leaving my kids inspired and excited for more. I highly recommend Cruz as a wakeboarding instructor for his exceptional instruction and the unforgettable experience he provided.

Thank you, Cruz, for an outstanding wakeboarding lesson that ignited a love for the sport in my twins! We eagerly look forward to...

Amazing facility, great staff, lots of fun! I have been down to Shark Wake Park almost every week since they opened and I have had a great experience each time. The best thing about this cable park is that there are both an advanced and a beginner cable. The advanced side has a bunch of ramps and obstacles that you can challenge yourself with as you get better. The beginner cable is a little slower and much easier to ride, not to mention always staffed with an employee helping out the new riders. I brought both my 7 and 10 year old daughters for their first cable experience and the staff was extremely patient and helpful and both were able to ride their first time out. The facility is not only great for riders but also for spectators. There are a bunch of Adirondack chairs along the beach of the beginner cable and a great dock/bar overlooking the advanced cable with a big selection of food and drinks. If skiing is not your thing, the inflatable park is a blast! The pictures really don't do it justice. It's a great time and great exercise for kids and adults. If you haven't been out yet, you're...

Nice facility.....wrong staff! I go there quite often since we live half a mile from the park. Yesterday I got there at 5.05pm and got charge $100 for 2 of my kids to ride the cable as we usually do. My kids went to the line and 10 minutes after they closed the park due to lightning. Their policy is to wait 20 minutes and see if they are able to reopen. 30 minutes went by and nothing. I asked for a credit to come back another day and, at first, the response was a "no rain checks". Now, at this point 45 minutes went by and the park was still closed and no credit. I seen a guy on top of the cable tower trying to fix it since they had a technical difficulty. Whole hour went by and asked for the manager Tracy. She had very poor people skills, no patience, no listening skills, basically told me to shut up and take 1 hour credit for another time with the purchase of another hour. Not a happy customer, considering we go quite often, while I understand there is no rain checks, there's always exceptions to the rules. I paid $100, my kids did not ride once and left with very sour taste.

We went to Shark Wake Park for a 9 year old's birthday party. The kids, who ranged in age from 7-10, were the perfect age and absolutely loved it. We noticed there were no younger pre-school age kids and no teenagers at the park. The main attraction was the obstacle course that the kids swam out to when the signal was given. A few parents also participated in this, which was a good idea because there was limited staff to keep eyes on all the kids that were in the water and on the obstacle course. The water park was in a natural park waterway, not a pool or other controlled body of water. There were showers available in one of the buildings and that is another recommendation I would have for everyone after coming out of the water. For the adults that stayed on the pier to watch their kids, there was a counter where they sold beer. Yeungling and Cigar City Jai-Alai IPA were available, but you needed a credit card because they would not accept cash for the purchase. The staff was more than happy to be tipped in cash though.
