Dog parks scare me to death. You really never know how dogs are going to react. The over all Conestee park is extremely nice. The dog park portion, is pretty darn good but if I was able to change some things it would be : grass. The majority of the dog park is all dirty. Partly because of the large mature trees shading the ground below. Sight lines are not the best here. The typography of the land is rough and goes at an incline. There are several large rocks laying about and in the back a section where is kind of like a forest. And unless you’re at the very back you can see this section or what the dogs are doing from the front. Most of the people are extremely genuinely nice. I’ve only had an issue with two dog owners. Both of which bite my German short haired pointer puppy. But over all we love the dog park it’s super close to our house and very convenient. If you visit watch your dog carefully and look for ques that other dogs might not be...
Read moreI loooove this dog park. It’s about an acre fenced in and has dogs and people coming and going nearly constantly. Everything is carefully thought out and so user friendly. The dogs love coming here and it’s actually fun for humans too. I can spend hours here and cant say that about many other dog parks.

Read moreGreat park. My pup is a social butterfly and always has a great time. I see some people complaining about dogs not being controlled by their owners and/or big dogs scaring puppies... but I’ve never seen that be an issue except when owners bring little dogs into the large dog side. That’s the whole purpose of having two pens for different sizes. So please keep your dog (and everyone else’s) safe by taking your dog to the correct side. If you have more than one then bring two people or take the dogs on separate days. But quit complaining bc you bring your 14 pound beagle into the large dog side and the big scary dogs scared him... bc it’s a DOG PARK!! No doubt there will be BIG DOGS there that are ready to jump around...
