Crystal Connection — Attraction in Greenville

I was so excited to find a somewhat local place to get crystals and such for my own spiritual practices. Turns out they are very rude. My husband was wearing a mask and I have legitimate medical reasons I cannot wear one, dr approved and all, and I was not allowed in. Just very disappointed that they couldn’t have been a little nicer about the whole thing. Anyways, If you have medical reasons as to why you cannot mask up I would look elsewhere because they will not let you in and they will judge for it.

Edited to add: this wasn’t an outburst of anger on our end. We told you from the get go I would have one on if needed but due to my medical issues it would lead to an issue so it wasn’t worth it. Before we could even do anything you so rudely announced that we were trying to just not wear a mask. Sadly you both were very judge mental and have no clue as to what goes on in others lives as to why they cannot wear masks. That is your decision to wear one for 7 hours, not mine. But being rude to potential customers isn’t the way to go. Talking the way you were isn’t the way to go. If you actually have this recorded you’ll hear exactly what we said and why. We weren’t rude to you at all until you made very snide remarks about MY medical condition. You both judged me before any words even came out of our mouths. I don’t care about the stars for reviews, it’s warning people of your rudeness and not being accepting of others medical conditions. As for being there for 34 years, great on you. Hopefully another shop opens up soon that is accepting to all customers and not just those that don’t fit into...

Fun store. It doesn’t matter whether you believe crystals have special vibrations or just appreciate the Beauty of Mother Nature. There is a wonderful dog that greets you, his only job is to get and give love. When taking the time to really look one notices a great aquarium. There is blown glass and lovely hangers to root plants. They are good at remembering names and patient when needing to return for second, third or even tenth looks prior to buying! They have even offered to look for a few items. I love surrounding myself by Mother Nature. It’s a positive experience and worth liking even if not planning on buying. Perhaps I need to mosey in tomorrow to play! It makes me feel like I’m surrounded by stained glass but Mother Nature did the art! The owner is very knowledgeable but not afraid to get a book to confirm what is what. I argued about one piece that I loved, bought but didn’t believe it was what he said. He was nice about it and it was more just me wondering what it was! Well I’ve decided that he was correct. I still love my beautiful sparkly piece! I’d only suggest carrying larger specimens (but it’s an investment to have that much inventory) and suggest some of the newer workers become a little more versed on some items. I gravitate toward the owner because of his knowledge and patience. There are some eclectic items if looking…..I find them interesting but love the rocks & dog & candles & beautiful pendants to suit any mood! I do wish that we could stop wearing masks in there!!!!! I feel really bad for anyone that purchases crystals from this store. The prices are 3 times more expensive then most of the crystal shops I have been in. I think that is partially because they are the only crystal shop in town and for many miles. I feel like they are taking advantage of people that don't know better. It's a super cramped space and I definitely wasn't digging the vibe. A mask is required and you only have 15 minutes max to shop...Also, everything is behind glass so you can't pick up and look at anything without asking for assistance. This place is a major...
